Arrow LeBron should be at the tail end of his career... Instead, he is still the BPITW

    13 seasons strong

32 years old at the end of the year

    987 regular season games

    197 playoff games

    Well past his prime

5th straight year as a Finals underdog

Up against the greatest team in NBA history in 2016

    All odds are against him

Still the best athlete in SPORTS.

LeBron has played way more games than Jordan has

I belive Jordan finished with 1200-1300 games total played

LeBron is already past that with 2-3 seasons left at LEAST

Still doesn't explain that he is "past his prime". LeBron is an excellent athlete but please don't try to prop him up furthur by saying he is on the decline or past his prime. Just look how high he got off that alley-oop a few games back.

This is a dumb thread. A lot of players are in their primes when they're in their early 30s. Jason Kidd was at the absolute prime of his career when he was in his 30s.

    Well past his prime.

Still made it to his 6th straight Finals.

5th straight year as the underdog.

    Let that sink in.

LeBron is 31. WTF are you talking about? That should be right in his prime, or right in his peak even.

How many people did you see in 2008-2010 talking about how Lebron's prime was going to be short because his game was so reliant on his athleticism?

I saw it many many many times.

If you went back in time and told someone in 2009 that Lebron was still going to be the best player in the world in 2016, many wouldn't believe it.

He's not 35+, he's still in his prime years.

No matter how hard you try to convince yourself that, it simply isn't true.

You're not in your prime after 30. You start to decline after 27-28 or so. Heck, in some sports anyone who's not in their early 20s is considered an old man.
