You can't understand how Lebron failed to 3-peat with 3 HOF teammates in 2014, and Curry did the same in 2019, yet MJ got 2 three-peats with just 1 all-star.. ..... this makes you

Ultimately, MJ won 6 rings in the 2-star vs 2-star format we see now - so it's the same thing as Kawhi winning 6 rings with Paul George (while having the highest PPG and efficiency rating of all-time).

those 2 rings mean everything to his career

he probably wouldn't be top 10 without them - he'd be 1-9 in the Finals and people would be looking into what's wrong with his game, as I have...

Unlike the media, I haven't forgotten that he loses both Finals if not for teammate shots, so he could easily be a 1-ring bum if not for luck... And a 1-ring caliber player is in line with the conclusions that my analysis of his game yields (a CP3-style ball-dominator and skillset that avoided the career-losing fate of other ball-dominators by team-hopping for the extra talent that the style needs to win, aka a 3rd star)

Of course, lebron was scared at the start of those series and played horrifically, so the team had a 2-1 deficit and needed teammates to save him late in the series - he averaged 16 on 39% thru 3 games in 2013 (2-1 deficit), and 24 ppg with 6 TO thru 4 games in 2016 (3-1 deficit)... So it was a repeat of 2011 all over again, but teammates saved him this time
