Isaac Newton was going up against Farmers, and Fortune Tellers.
stephen Hawking is the Goat Physicist! You idiots need to stop living in the past. Only 11% of the league could actually read in the 1600s. Hawking has computers and shyt. And electric motored wheels!!

Not even close. Newton's advancements are unprecedented to this day. Only Euler and Einstein are near his stratosphere.

umm guess who discovered gravity, laws of motion, and invented the calculus that allowed the invention of that wheelchair?
we likely wouldn

Re: Isaac Newton was going up against Farmers, and Fortune Tellers.
Only one historical figure may have claim to GOAT mathematician/physicist over Newton, and that's Archimedes. But that's tough to call because a lot of Archimedes work is still being uncovered. But he very well may have introduced calculus to the world two thousand years early had he not been killed by some moron soldier who couldn't remember to not kill the genius drawing circles on the wall.

Newton died a virgin. Hawking wins.
Even though Hawking's brother was a cuck in the henhouse and might actually be the father of his 3rd and last child

The GOAT is Einstein. How does one man living in the early 1900s come up with such insane theories that proved to be correct.
Imagine living in the early 1900s, how does one come to the correct conclusion that two different people would age different depending on the speed they are traveling relative to one another? GPS age differentely than devices on Earth, and that must be taken into account, else they would become inaccurate soon after launch. I think within minutes.
This is a good video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ev9zrt__lec&t=
I wonder what wheels would think. He would probably be pro Stephen Hawking.

No humor. Confirmed libtard.
May consider making high IQ posts like midair Ford Raptor images in the future though.

Re: Isaac Newton was going up against Farmers, and Fortune Tellers.
isaac newton played a non contact sport, so its irrelevant who was there and who was not.. it all had to come from him anyway

It's not a competition these were all geniuses that advanced human civilization. Respect to all of them.

You are talking about time dilation.
He also theorized that light itself doesn't curve, but spacetime continuum curves due to gravity and gravity is simply matter pushing down on spacetime (think of spacetime as a silk floor and matter pushes down on the silk - more mass is clumped, the harder it pushes down). So light always travels at same speed and always in straight line no matter what, but it is spacetime itself that curves, forcing the distance light travels to increase. That's just crazy stuff if you think about it and very much counterintuitive. I have no idea how you even reach that conclusion with nothing to go on.
Before Einstein, physicists were so stuck on finding a medium called "ether" that everything travels through. They thought ether forces light to travel at the speed relative to the ether, but they couldn't find this ether. Einstein's theory made ether obsolete because his theory says light travels at constant speed.
Newton probably had a harder learning curve because he was working with very little. Everything he invented was from almost nothing. He created the fundamentals of physics..

Re: Isaac Newton was going up against Farmers, and Fortune Tellers.
Richard Feynman > Hawking. Had to come through in the clutch.
Feynman's personality > Newton while his genius was probably on par, in addition to retaining the ability to communicate his ideas to laymen.
Feynman may not be the goat, but he's up there.

In no particular order:
- Leonardo Da Vinci
- Isaac Newton
- Albert Einstein
- Galileo Galilei
- Nicola Tesla
Hawking is not in that tier.
