The thing about the Heat is that Lebron has a 20 million cap hold and wants 20 mil on a new contract so he can just be the last player Miami signs. If Bosh leaves before him he wont go back without throwing the whole big three into flux.

It looks like Bosh isn't signing first and giving up money without an assurance from Bron. Miami's cap is being held hostage by Wade and Bosh's cap holds so they need to sign before pieces can be added. Since Bron is the only player that could resign right now without hurting Miami's cap situation Bron is essentially forcing Bosh out by not signing now.
