So the last time you made this topic (There was an "or" instead of the "vs") didnt cut it? You needed to...for quite possibly the 85th time....make a brand new topic for the express purpose of hating on someone who helped lay the foundation for the sport we now love?

Its not enough that you go on with your absurdly dumbed down ___ won ___ titles and therefore ___ logic....in every topic the guy comes up in....you feel the need to make many many many many "new" topics to continue to push it.

A guy made it to the finals 6 times and won 2 rings while setting records so out of reach that modern media pulls arbitrary points in time out of their ass for the express purpose of not counting his feats while hyping the next guy headed to a "record".

Oh how awful. "Only" two rings. Only twice...did he do what some of the best ever...never did. And that unheard of rate of "failure" is all you need to sum up the career and life of a guy who led the league in points, rebounds, assists, and likely blocks, had the games rules shaped around him and made up on the fly to limit his dominance, and did it in an era he wore something like modern Dollar Store slippers for shoes, played in front of people who could call him a ****** and spit on him and get away with it, while somehow finding time to train to fight Muhammad Ali, win the big 8 high jump, get elected to one of the volleyball hall of fames, and be a 2 guard for the Harlem Globetrotters at 7'1''.....

And perhaps worst of all....to make your comparison you use the great George Mikan as a gotdamn prop because...of course...old days...he sucks...compare him to Wilt? Lol...right? Right guys? L...O...L. Mikan better career! Scrub ass Mikan > Wilt!

George Mikan did too much for the game to be given insincere respect from a guy who supposedly loves the game that might not even have survived without him. George Mikan played basketball in gyms we wouldnt put middle school kids in now and he did it with broken ankles, broken eye sockets, no team doctor, and only money enough to get by with nothing for the future. George Mikan gave the best years of his life to build a league that makes billions now....but let him die in debt ruined by the medical costs of maintaining a 7 foot body that got beat up every night in his youth.

No respectable pension...nothing.

Guy sells out MSG and keeps the league afloat and these billionaires let him go broke trying to stay alive...to the point Shaq has to pay for his funeral.

George Mikan and Wilt gave us the league we have today. And even if that doesnt matter to most people now....its a Laker fan belittling them!
