Well they had a few decent players before they shut memo down and traded JR. Tanking for them is the right move, and anyone with half a brain saw that was the plan the entire time. Long term, the Knicks will be fine. It's just funny how delusional fans can get even when their team is obviouly heading into a rebuilding year.

They came into this season with no point guard who could defend and play O, and absolutely no big man D. This team wasn't going to.hit .500 even if melo, Jr, and shump played the entire season.

Fisher isn't backing off of playoff expectations and there's no reason to. The Knicks have enough talent on this team to challenge for the playoffs and even this division. The Raptors have a nice team, but they shouldn't be scaring anyone. The Nets have some serious questions marks around Lopez and Deron. The Celtics and 76ers won't even be trying to win this year, we should be able to clean up on these games.

Lot of them thought they would be in it before they flipped the script.
