Default Nick Young to play for Australia?

    http://mweb.cbssports.com/nba/eye-on...ogut-cant-wait

They maybe could have been a decent team.

    C- Bogut
    PF- Nick Young
    SF- Joe Ingles
SG- Kyrie (I know, he's on Team USA)
    PG- Healthy Exum

    Bench
    PG- Patty Mills
    SG- Delavadova
    C- Iggy

Their guard play is a lot worse than what any good European team has. Mills, Ingles, Dellavedova, Exum..............

They are never going to do jack in a big tournament with guards like that. Pretty much every single decent European team, plus Argentina, plus Brazil, has better guards, even when they are using their 2nd line players.

For some reason everyone is so hyped about Australia's national team now, I guess because they have "NBA players", or whatever. But personally, I think they are a worse team than they used to be.

I liked their team with guys like Nielsen, Andersen, Newley, Jawai, etc., and those guys they had just from their last cycle of players, much more than their current team.

Ingles is a good player and I like him, but he's not good enough as a guard for a team that wants to actually get a medal at a big tournament.

Mills is a good scoring off the bench, instant offense option, but that's it. Compare him to lead guards of teams like Spain, Serbia, Greece and it's a joke.

Exum and Dellavedova just flat out suck. Even a team like Argentina has backup guards that are vastly superior to them.

Australia is fatally flawed in how they are constructed, because you can't be successful with those kinds of guards.

Nick young isn't even ghetto you dumb shit. And he's better than any of the guards on that team except for maybe mills and that's a debate that no one cares about enough to go into.

Your trash ass team could use all the help you can get

Ingles is better than he is, so I don't see any reason why Australia would consider it.
