If healthy, the Cavs are pretty much a lock to make the finals.

No West team is even close to that in the real conference.

So you have to give the Cavs a large edge over every other team just because they are far more likely to make the finals than any West team not playing in the JV conference.

As a huge fan of Lebron, if he fails to make or even win the finals this year with such a great supporting cast, he falls out of the top 10. No other Goat cramped or complained about not having enough help. He even still complains even with the start of the preseason. Last years playoff proved to everyone that a West team can just as easily coast to a Finals appearance as the Cavs can. Stop overrating the West to prop up your Mavs. Your conference only has 3 title contenders, Spurs, OKC, and Warriors. East has 3 title contenders in the Cavs, Heat, and Bulls. The top teams in each conference are all around the same level.
