I'd say they win in:

2009 -he went to the ECF with Mo Williams, Pippen would be enough to get over the hump.. Pippen would be a better 2nd option that whatever Orlando and the Lakers had, would be a pretty easy championship I must say.

2010 - this is a maybe harder road to the finals, but considering the Cavs went that far with Mo Williams, they can still probably win the chip. Again Pippen would be the best 2nd option in the playoffs

2012 - a healthy Pippens 21/6/7 with elite defense can easily replace Wades production, Pippen takes the defensive assignments like Durant and Melo.

2013 -Wade and Bosh were absolutely awful in 2013, averaging 15 and 12 ppg respectively, heck any contribution from Pippen would be enough to offset Wade. I'd even wager they beat the Spurs in 6 games instead of 7 with Pippen.


2015 - This one would be a guarantee absolutely no argument that they wouldn't have won with Pippen. They went to 6 in the Finals with Matthew Dellevadova as the 2nd best player, replace with Pippen and Cavs in 6. Part of the reason Cavs had success was because of Defense, and Pippen would only amplify that.


So that would be 5 rings with potentially more incoming. Unfortunately the only time LeBron had the help equivalent to having Pippen, was in 2011. Only once in 12 seasons.
