Default Are we approaching a weak era?

Lebron, melo, durant suffering from injuries. Older stars like cp3 and dwight are on the decline.

    Now we got davis,curry,harden, westbrook.

    Weak era? Seems like it.

Melo never in his life has even been a top 5 player, everyone you named under "Now we got" are better than him, including Kawhi and Griffin... KD is up and doing well, check your eyes.

There's a LOT of talent on the way up. Those older stars aren't out the door. This is not looking at all like anything close to weak. Add in all the older stars who are able to keep extending their careers.

A weak era is just ending with the emergence of Curry, Durant, Westbrook, Davis, etc

Just last year they were by far better than he ever was, so I'm assuming they will progress as they're still young, yes... nothing Melo's ever done touches their work last year.

Generally speaking, a weak era is defined as the decline of favorite player of a particular fan base (Magic, Bird, Jordan, Shaq, Kobe, Lebron, etc.) and that fan base refusing to accept other young, promising and talented players as equal or better than their own favorite players.

The only real legitimate exception has been in times of expansion, IMO.

I agree. James harden is garbage on defense and only draws fouls . Poor mans Corey Maggette.
