When Lebron drives, defenders have to stay home because they know if a shooter is left open he will get the ball and get a high percentage look.

When Kobe drives, this is not a concern. Thus the difference.

the thing i'l never understand is how people applaud lebrons style and hate on kobes


yet the results tell a different story


lebrons style hurts his team. he turns everyone into a 3 point shooting role player and wants to dominate every play whether it be with a layup, a 3 pointer, or an assist

kobe on the other hand will take over individually. but at the same time he'l let others do what best fits their strengths

he puts others in a position to succeed by letting them be themselves.

lebron wants everyone to fit his stat padding agenda




which is why kobes teammates play better with him and win 5 out of 7 times


and also why lebrons teammates play worse with him and win 2 out of 6 times




sometimes an assist can be selfish... if its not within the true flow of a game

Collapsing on a driver is not the same as quintuple coverage. Let us know when 4 guard him at the 3 or before he receives the ball in post up position.
