Lebron saying he lost the weight just because he felt like doing something new. Saying he's 29 and can still fly so he doesn't have to worry about losing weight.

That was real interesting to me because he's such a student of the game. That takes a lot for granted imo. It's never too early to think about limiting the stress on joints and we know that. He's been unbelievably durable, but we know father time is undefeated and untied. Eventually it will all break down, and limiting damage now can put that off for longer and make it less severe.
