Yeah they didnt win 72 games, but still the point is valid. Its a different story in playoffs. Not saying Spurs will clearly be a better team than Warriors coming into playoffs, just regular matchups really dont mean anything, so it can go either way. As a Nets fan I was hyped up for the 4-0 regular season sweep over Miami Heat in 2014, and then I was forced to face the reality.
