    No he wasn't.

Bosh is not and has never been a superstar, even when he was putting up 24-11 or whatever in Toronto. While it is true that this system has marginalised him, rendered him more of a spot up shooter and put him out of his comfort zone defensively, there is absolutely no excuse for some of these sub-5 rebound games he routinely has in the playoffs. Didn't he average like 3 rebounds a game last year vs Indiana... wtf? Heat would be a lot better off shipping him for a competent 5 who can rebound and block shots imo.

He was definitely playing well and rebounding well at the start of the season, he has gone to shit though now.

    He's their key

If he doesn't play better I'm Not sure how they would beat okc or spurs.

JUST last year playoffs he averaged 12 ppg on 46% and you want to tell me he's their key?

Look, he scored 0 POINTS IN GAME 7 while winning and he's their KEY?

That's an awfully shaped key right there

I think Bosh for Omer and filler would work.

    This isn't last year

    We are in 2014

Miami are weaker and older. Wade is worse and so are their role players so they need more from him to win. That's the bottom line.

Well they still beat SA last year with him having a disappearing act. And nobody on OKC can guard him. Perkins is a heck no and Ibaka has to stay around the rim.

Agreed. Ibaka would be a better fit as a 3rd option than Bosh

Bosh for Omer and Lin. that would be so perfect. Omer gives the Heat everything they need on defense and rebounding while still being able to score 10 PPG on 55%+.
Lin is perfect too. fast as fck, good spot up shooter(shoots 36 % from three and 40% from spot ups and is improving his % every year), great cutter, great passer, great fastbreak player and alley oop passer. learned to play off the ball. good team defender.
a fastbreak with Lin, Wade and Lebron would be insane. it would be the first time Lebron plays with a good passing Pg too, that will be important as he gets older

All I know is that in his last season in Toronto before Lebron turned him into a role player he averaged career highs in points and rebounds - 24.0 ppg and 10.8 rpg.

He is their key, in that if he plays well and up to his capabilities, they're in a much better position to win. If he plays shit like last year, they'll probably lose.

James is the consistent factor and will give you the 27ppg every game. Just because Bosh isn't their best player doesn't mean he's not they're key. I think he is, even moreso than Wade because of the Heat's size issue.
