Bulls blew a 16 point 4th qtr lead and it didn't even seem like they did anything out of the norm to blow it. They are just a very, very mediocre team and it really all starts with how dreadful they are at PG - with Rose arguably being the worst starting PG in the league. There's not much you can do when your 90 million guy averages 14 ppg on sub-35% shooting and has no ability to run an actual offense. Bulls have the worst rotation at the league's most important and most loaded position.
