That makes zero sense. They have needs at other positions. Why the hell would you further build up PG if you already have 2 of them??? They still need players at other positions.

Thomas/Bledsoe/Dragic cannot all start together or even a combo of the 2.. Thomas is 5'9", Bledsoe 6'1", Dragic 6'3"...

    Suns are idiots

All their good guards are below 6'4

Thomas at less than 7 million a year with cap/tax increases over the course of the contract is absolutely a great deal.

Could definitely bring him off the bench as the backup pg and play him 25 or so minutes per game.

    Great value.
Because they just drafted a fvcking point guard. There aren't enough minutes to Dragic, Bledsoe, Thomas and Ennis. It's not like Thomas or Ennis can play SG. This was such a dumb**** move by the Suns. So far the best GM of this offseason has been Danny Ainge and he literally did nothing to earn that title.

Making way for that Dragic Hibbert swap. Still hope they get Monroe, with or without Hibbert.

If you can acquire IT with that kind of money, surely you have to do it. Figure out the rest later. Worst case he can be traded for good assets.

I don't understand why the Suns want Thomas, but I don't mind this.

imagine the running tho up tempo. only if Don Nelson still coached..

Meh....total over-reaction. You have the chance to get Thomas at less than 7 million a year...you ****ing do it.

And yes, you can play Dragic and Thomas at the same time.

My team just got done playing Calderon/Ellis at the same time...and Thomas is absolutely a better defender than Calderon.

And so what about Ennis? You can still develop him and play him as the 3rd pointguard...and then move him if need be.

    Such a valuable contract.

So pissed my Mavs didn't do this. What the **** are we doing in Dallas.
