on many levels.
Spurs would wipe the floor with the Thunder even if Ibaka turned into Hakeem.

It's Westbrooke who scares me - not Durant. We have Kwahi to defend Durant, but Parker has to guard Westbrooke and that's not gonna end well. OKC's athleticism always bothers Spurs.

Durant and Westbrook scare me - not Ibaka.
Duncan did whatever he wanted with him in that G6 OT. Ibaka is a very mediocre man defender and the Spurs are aware of it.

Wait you mean you need to play good teams in the playoffs? No way

Re: Spurs need to avoid playing OKC Thunder in the Second Round
I don't know why SAS would need to avoid anyone. They are pretty clearly the 2nd best team in the land and haven't even fully integrated their new pieces into the mix.
And GSW appear likely to face LAC in the 2nd round (who were ahead by double digits with 6:00 to play in both their two matchups) and SAS in the Conf Finals before running into a motivated LeBron. All three of those matchups would be significantly more difficult than any matchup they had last season.
Its pretty evident that GSW are starting to pay the price for caring a little too much about November and December regular season games. With Barnes out, Klay with a bad ankle, Dray and Steph with unrealistic long term burdens, etc.
If you don't think LAC or SAS could possibly beat Golden State I think you are grossly underestimating those two teams.
