Default Things like this is why Duncan's attitude wins compared to Kobe

Compare to Kobe, Duncan takes less money, takes a backseat and is willing to accommodate others. This is why he's at 39 years old still contending for those championships while Kobe is playing with Swaggy P.
Duncan chose to be reasonable, Kobe didn't.

No repeats or three-peats aka no sustained dominance at its highest level.

Kobe poster boy too. We could go on and on...

    lets be honest OP

if Kobe was willing to take a back seat to 4 other people on his team and be the 5th option, took the minimum to chase after Jordan's ring count and had a FMVP, DPOY player leading the team you'd be trolling him for that too..

Kobe wants to win on HIS terms.

Which is why he was never a "winner" to begin with.

Should've played tennis or something so he could understand he could never win a thing by himself.

Basketball was the greatest thing to happen to Kobe because on a team he could actually win something, but he took it for granted and gave himself way too much credit.

You must have forgotten them sweeping LAL (Shaq/Kobe) on their way to their first championship in 1999.

Giving up money to sign other players is not an admirable thing imo. Just sounds short sighted and put this game on a higher pedestal than it should be. Duncan has already been through a divorce and proven to be a poor money manager. I don't like to count people's money but I'm also not gonna use that in an argument between two basketball players
