Default If Durant wins a title this year, how much of a negative light will be shed on...

the means by which LeBron won his first title with having to ditch his team (on live TV) and team up with other stars to do so?

Just curious, since I believe if Durant wins the title it will be something brought up rather often when comparing the two.

    It really doesn't matter.

On the court Durant hasn't had one season like Lebron 08-13.

Period. It's taken LeBron getting older and having to save himself for the 3-peat for KD to sneak out an MVP. And the stats are more comparable this year than people might think.

Let's stop pretending their careers are comparable from a team standpoint. I'm sure if the Cavs drafted multiple great players for LeBron, he'd have stayed.

You don't think current KD is on 08 LeBron's level? Or did you mean 08 as in the start of the 08-09 season?

Yea 09. That's when his defense became All-NBA level.

Durante OKC team has been better than anything Lebron had when he was in Cleveland. I think Durant wins but if is a lot closer than many people think it is.

Is 2011 LeBron or 2014 KD a reasonable question?

Let's be honest. Durant will most likely choke again, and OP and the rest of Durant stans will be nowhere to be seen for at least an year.
