Boston is currently holding the 5th worst record in the league. They've won 1 out of their last 10 only the Lakers have been as bad in that stretch.

I think Milwaukee and Orlando are going to secure top 5 draft spots because I don't see those teams moving out of the bottom two.

After those teams you will have Phi, Bos, Uth and Sac as contenders. Utah and Sacramento have already been pilling up some wins lately and that might continue especially with how bad the East is. For example Utah has 17 games left vs. the East, Sacramento has 19 games left vs. the East, The Lakers have 19 games vs. the East. However, a lot of those games are coming up without Kobe making them more susceptible to losses.

Other current bad teams look like they might be making a run to the playoffs like the Cavs and the Knicks.

If i were to predict how the bottom 10 teams look in terms of records;

1. Bucks
2. Magic
3. Sixers
4. Jazz
5. Celtics
6. Bobcats/Hornets
7. Bulls????
8. Lakers
9. Knicks or Nets which ever team fails to sneak in to the 8th seed
10. Grizzlies

in this scenario it would not be impossible for the Celtics to jump into the bottom 3.
