Hacking what service? The only hacking being done is the jailbreaking of Iphone/Ipod touch, which is completely legal.

Basically all you are doing is running your own app that does things an unjailbreaked iphone/ipod won't allow but is completely legal under the law.

There is NO SERVICE. The NBA League Pass cost 19 dollars for mobile...
Its not a service but an App. An jailbreaked iphone/ipod touch allows you to simply download and run it for free. No harm, no foul.

And I don't claim to be one of God's prophets anyways...
