Re: 2014 NBA Pre Draft Measurements/Draft Combine
Aaron Gordon is still growing taller last year he was 6'6" without shoes (6'7' with shoes). Now he's 6'7.5" without shoes (6'8".75 with shoes)

Wiggins's height seems a bit much, but I don't doubt Jabari at 6'9" or Embiid at 7'1". Jabari especially, the guy is huge for his position.

Re: 2014 NBA Pre Draft Measurements/Draft Combine
Feeling pretty good. My max vert reach eclipses that of three combine participants this year (compared to one in 2010). Moving on up! Take that Aaron Craft, Xavier Thames, and Russ Smith. Nevermind that they're all 342,553 times faster and more skilled than I'll ever be. I can reach higher!
On a serious note, what's the standard bench press procedure at the draft combine? I see nothing is recorded in that category this year, but what amount is usually being lifted?

What does your vert. reach need to be to dunk?
10'5''?

I think it depends if one can comfortably palm a ball. If I happen across one of those outdoor rubber basketballs that I can palm, I feel like I can dunk at almost 10'3'', surely at 10'5''; I can almost coast up to the rim and dunk in those cases. To dunk comfortably without palming, which is 99% of the time for me (since I can't palm anything but those aforementioned super sticky rubber outdoor rocks) I'm betting I need to be reaching 10'6''-10'7''.
I cannot say for sure though. My max reach has been recorded at 10'10'' and I know if I'm hitting that mark, I'm hammering with super ease and authority. But I'm not always hitting that mark.

Verticle?

They bench 185lbs.
I haven't seen much talk about it either, but apparently they did do it, because of the few things I have heard about it, it was about Patric Young being 2 off the record of 27 reps.
Pretty impressive, 25 reps for a 6'10 guy with a 7'2 wingspan. Lot of distance to move a bar.

Nice, thank you. I'll have to see where I size up in that regard as well.

Damn. If Embiid can stay healthy he's gonna be a beast.
