Default 95-96 bulls was the best team ever?

They had the top scorer(player) in the league and maybe ever.
They had the top rebounder in the league
They had 3 players on the first team defence( not sure if that's ever happened before or since)
They had the best coach in the league

Some people say the current warriors would beat them but I just don't see it. Houston had them beat last hear before they lost cp and they did it mostly with there defence. Houston didn't have one player on the first or second defensive team while mj's bulls had 3 on the first team. They also had Harper who after those 3 was probably the best perimeter defender on the court. If Houston gave them problems defensively just imagine what the bulls would have done.

Some people say early 2000 lakers. I think that's actually a tougher match up for the bulls but they would pull it out. The numbers don't show it but rodman always did a good job gaurding Shaq considering his size. Mj and Kobe seem like a wash until you consider how much better mj was in the finals. Pip would be the x factor I think. He could gaurd Kobe also and Lakers really don't have anyone for him. he'd be by far the the best player on the court after the previous mentioned players.

I never saw early 80's Lakers or Celtics teams play so can't really comment on them. That Celtics team did sweep mj a few times but that was when he was young and pip wasn't around or just a rookie. They didn't have Phil either.

Anybody make a case for another team? Tim's spurs? Bron and Wade's heat?

17 Warriors would absolutely wreck them the Bulls defense would not be able to contain the offensive onslaught from Curry and KD no one can

I'm not sure if they'd beat the super-colluded passive aggressive 2017 Dubs, but they would if they had all of the advantages afforded to the Dubs such as had that time that the Dubs had to develop more three-point shooting. The 96 Bulls certainly had the best perimeter defense of all time and the best trapping defense of all time.

hey here's a question for you how many uncalled illegal screens and offensive fouls do you think the 17 Warriors made, and how many do you think the 96 Bulls made? Just wondering since it's the focal point of Klay Thompson's offense.

Remember, the 73 win Warriors team publicly set out to beat the 72-10 record from the start of the season, in a league that started to copy the Popovich resting your starters, it's all about the post season culture. To me they were more of a 66 win level team. Which is still really good. But that 73 wins deserves an *. They were just not 73 wins good.

Bulls lost to an expansion team, so Warriors by default.

    KD > 96 MJ

    Curry > Pippen

    Klay > Rodman

    Dray > Kukoc

    Iggy > Harper

And so on the Bulls lack of 3 point shooting would be there downfall

Imagine a Pippen,Longley,Rodman front court in todays era?

Worst spacing ever how is MJ going to score with a clogged up paint the entire game

Towards the end of the season, Dennis Rodman not even playing. Easy 73 wins. I'm looking at the games, they could have easily won over 75+ games, with all of the 1 point loss.
