Re: Is there a player that front offices must work harder for than Lebron?
It's a good thing Jerry Krause's fatass didn't help MJ too much at all.

All of them of he had the things that 97' or 98' MJ had:
- stealing a game or 2 with goat clutch, and momentum/confidence
- goat teamwork and winning know-how
- goat defense
- goat scoring burden
- goat brand of team ball due to sufficient off-ball game

I already said all of them if he played like MJ
Now which ecf would MJ win averaging 22 PPG?
Now which Finals does MJ win averaging only 2 - 6 ppg more than his 2nd option?
Or scoring 17, 18, and 17 points to open the series?

LeBron won without an all-star in 2016, so that already proves LeBron can win with marginal help.
So how do front offices need to work hard?
Cavs had 0 all stars and 0 all nba players in 2016 outside of LeBron and they still won
Otoh Jordan lost with all stars in 1990 and 1995
Yikes

And he lost with 2 all-stars in 11', 14', and 17'
MJ never even HAD 2 all-stars, let alone lost with them

Because Kyrie is a better ISO scorer than Pippen ever was and his game doesn't conflict with Lebron's. Lebron and Pippen are theoretically even more redundant than Lebron and Wade were, and Wade effectively had to scale back and redefine his game after 8-9 years in the league for that Heat team to win. So if Wade, who was a better player prime for prime than Pippen, needed to do this then why would we expect Pippen to flourish when he shares many of the same attributes and was, in essence, a diet version of Lebron? Pippen's value as a playmaker is neutralized in this situation and he didn't have the iso scoring ability of Wade or Kyrie to compensate.
