I only watch the 3rd quarter but the sequence was: bricked 3, missed layup, turnover, bricked jumper by Lin. It was embarrassing I switched to the Mavs v. C's game.

lin is a solid player but at him being the knicks best player.

you are right. He is one the downside of his career. He isn't the player he was in Denver. He has aged(guy is already freakin 26!) and has lost skills. Just sad to see. Again, hope he can handle being a role player.

No even Jeremy would be the first one to tell you this: He's a part of a team, his role is to distribute the ball, and help the team win. Jeremy Lin's game is not about being the best player on the team. His role is to find guys who are paid the big moneys, and the superstars are responsible for winning the games for NY.

And frankly the two superstars on the Knicks are not pulling their weights.

Lin is smart enough to continue to play his role well, and stay out of the media onslaught that will begin if this continues for another few games.

Knicks need to trade Melo and I pretty much saw this coming when Melo came back. Melo is a ball-stopper and an inefficient scorer. You are better off without players like that.

He's a ball stopper man. I've been saying it since he got sent over from Denver. Awesome individual player, just not sure his skillset translates into W's. His playmaking (and defense) as you said leaves ALOT to be desired.
