I find that shot to be even greater in difficulty than say a turnaround J by MJ or Kobe. The shooter has no idea where the ball is and he never really squares up.

It's easier if you shoot it from the middle of the floor (ie. in front of the rim) because you have a good sense of where the rim is (and if you overshoot it, you have the backboard), but really tough on the baseline or on angles. I don't think anyone can realize the full value of the shot until you practice the move and start posting up bigger/taller guys who can't do anything about it (and then if you get a turnaround to counter the move, it's even more difficult).
