I really don't train them that much. I'm still off that school of thought where the compound stuff are fine. I'll probably only start direct work once they're actually kinda visible. I do love the feeling of hanging leg raises, the regular one and where you move in an arc from side to side (can only do them with bent legs though). Rollouts are awesome too. I do them with my TRX sometimes.

Hit a session of 5x5 for deadlifts, overhead presses and bent over rows in superset fashion, followed by 3x10 supersets for TRX face pulls and wide-grip push-ups. Feels good. What'd you guys have today?

Hit the gym 4 to 5 times a week and ate healthy.

I gained 17lbs in a single month.

Never thought it was possible. I really did it. Need to keep going.

had my first real leg workout in months since injuring my back (SI joint dysfunction/bulging disc). Been at the gym 4 to 5 days a week consistently since June. my everyday physio was all the lower body work I could do, only started in December, actually hurt my back in February of LAST YEAR and never got it checked until then.

shoot around to warm up
dynamic stretches
physio
DB squats
Glute-Ham raise
DB step up (high step, for glutes)
Bulgarian split squat

really started to feel my whole posterior chain working by the last set. stopped and did some wide grip pullups supersetted with some planks

felt great getting out of bed this morning. sore but in all the right places, and much less pain in my back than usual in the mornings.

I hit a personal best on deads yesterday 405 x 7.

But I cant go a whole lot heavier. The hardest part for me is the initial thrust off the ground.

I wanna get to 5 bills dammit.

I am kinda disturbed by the lack of conversation in this thread. It seems like most of the time, people come in here and post random stuff without a response. Kinda funny at times.

At least you've gotten to 4. Gat damn, this makes me really wanna buy more plates. Good thing I've found myself a summer job for a month and a half. Pays handsomely. Also looking to start at this gym I used to train at. Really hoping the coach will take me in and allow me to help him train folks. But yeah, thanks for the inspiration. Aiming to reach that 405 before this year ends.
