Weiner is not going anywhere. He's not up for reelection for another 17 months or so. By then, this will be old news. And he represents a VERY Democratic area in New York City. He'll easily keep his seat going forward.

It's not that he committed a crime, it's that he lied to the American people. How can you support him now knowing what his true character is? I'm sorry, but if it had been not paying a parking ticket or something like that, then I can understand, but when you are sending lewd pictures of yourself to women across the internet who may be minors (which is a crime), you have no business holding office.

If every other politician that's been burned like this before resigned, then why can't he?
