Someone tried the "Horry > Jordan" argument on me and I said with a stone cold face that I legitimately thought Horry was better than Jordan.

Dude looked dumbfounded.

Horry was an awesome player that had all of the tools, talent, and clutchness to be an all-time great but he did what was best for the team every single time. Phenomenal player.

Kobe is better because when you surround him with elite players history has shown he ends up winning chips at a far greater clip than Bron.

But the media is in their little bubble on this and many things.. the media only talks to each other - and within their world, lebron is the best

Naturally, they assume the American public thinks like they do

But it turns out they don't - various polls show that people think it's close and some polls have Kobe ahead

The media is just going by stats, when Kobe was the better winner, which makes him better

I believe he won with less and was an automatic championship with just a regular star (Gasol), not an earth-shattering one (Wade).. Gasol was comparable to Bosh
