Only Lebron can be such an amazing basketball player that his presence alone is enough to beat the odds and carry his team past a superior roster in Spurs. Who else does more with less?
Kobe has never led a team to a playoff win as the underdog.

Actually, he was one Kwame away from beating a 50+ team in his first try.

With his 3rd FMVP Lebron officially buries Kobe's hype. Best player of the 21st century folks.

4/6 SI experts here picked Boston. I recall Boston being slightly favored in 2010.

The one time Kobe was the underdog, he led his team to one of the greatest choke jobs of all time

Jesus ****ing christ, where did I say that? Their "expert" predictions are usually a good indicator of what people thought overall before a series.

A Playoff win? as in one game, where his team isn't favored? are you kidding me?

Really? Random "experts" you know nothing about (a small group at that) decide what millions of people think? Is that what you're indicating?

#UNDERDOG
#GOAT

you can look at the officiating and see how well a team does in the same situation with those officials.
it was clear that san antonio was going to win this game after seeing who the officials were, and I made 200 dollars off of this game alone.

Please. Looking at that list, there are some hacks...but a lot of knowledgeable reporters/analysts: Shelburne, Elhassan, Pelton, Haberstroh, Stein, Strauss, Thorpe, Windhorst are all respected people in the league media.
All I'm saying is that they are a small sample size, but AS A WHOLE, they TYPICALLY reflect the public perception of the series before it happens. A lot of these people watch NBA games every night of the season and have a good pulse on the league.
