    Default Top 10 Players of 1995, 2005, & 2015

Come up with your Top 10 player list (doesn't have to be in order) for these 3 seasons (1994-1995 season, 2004-2005 season, & 2014-2015 season) and then say which one is the best. Here goes mines (in NO particular order BTW):

    1995:
    Robinson
    Olajuwon
    Shaq
    Ewing
    Pippen
    Malone
    Barkley
    Penny
    Stockton
    Drexler

    2005:
    Nash
    Duncan
    Kobe
    Garnett
    Shaq
    LeBron
    Wade
    McGrady
    Iverson
    Nowitzki

    2015:
    Curry
    LeBron
    Harden
    Davis
    Westbrook
    Paul
    Griffin
    Wall
    Thompson
    Aldridge

Didn't include MJ in '95 for the same reason no Durant in 2015; not enough games played but if you include them that's fine.

    Give me 2005.

Dirk was a top 10 player in 05.

He was 7th in RAPM and averaged 26/10/3 58% TS.

    LOL

You want basically rookie Lebron?.. Going into the 2005 season, Lebron had averaged 20 PPG as a rookie on 41.7% FG.. 40-year old MJ did better just one year earlier (20 ppg on 44.5% FG).

I dont see who dirk would replace on the 2005 list. tmac is arguable but tmac put up 28 points and 32 points in the 2 seasons prior to that compared to 21 and 25 with dirk. no one in 2005 would have said dirk was a top 10 player over tmac.

The same era that couldn't beat Euroleague?.. Literally - the NBA's best lost to every international team imaginable (7 times) in the Olympics and World Games.

The USA's many losses to Euroleague-level competition proves that the 2000's era was the weakest era the NBA has ever had - there's no other way to interpret the NBA's best getting smashed by Euroleague..

The USA's brand of basketball was SO much worse, that it more than offset their massive talent advantage.

Yeah you got me on that one forgot about Nowitzki, & he was 1st team All-NBA too ..I'm not replacing TMac for Dirk tho. I'll take off Kidd, as hard as that is for me. He didn't have great stats but he was so valuable to the Nets.

The NBA's best in that era didn't all play on the same Olympic team at the same time for whatever reasons. Y'all tell me, if Shaq, Kobe, Garnett, Kidd & McGrady decide to play on that '04 Olympic team would things have turned out better for the U.S.

Or if the likes of Duncan, Webber, Shaq & Kobe played for the 2000 team that seemed to squeak by for the gold, if that team's not much more dominant with those guys.

P.S: I figured I'd get some flack for these lists..but y'all do know you can make yours too, right? I can't be the only one getting roasted! LOL

I'm just talking about the 2004-2005 season there. LeBron averaged 27/7/7 that year.
