Default Predict The Best Centers For 2014-15:

Going to do one for each position, just want everyone to rank their top 7 centers, will tally them all up and we can see how ISH thinks the bigs will rank for the upcoming season!!

Do this based off how you think they will play during the 2014-15 campaign, and now how they did this past season.

My take can be found here

If Saunders gives Dieng minutes he will be in the running for most improved.
    Other than that:
D12, noah, cousins, healthy bogut, drummond.

    I think I'm missing a few.

How is Horford going to better then Cousins? Are you talking about wins or raw stats?

I'm trying to go with a mixture of the two, and just think Horford will have more of an impact than Cousins, though, his stats won't be as good.

And though, this has been pretty much disproven, I'm still a little worried about Cousins possible immaturity.

Well Horford will have more team wins, but he is injury prone

That's what made ranking him so damn difficult too. It was just a coin flip, really.

    1-5

    1. Dwight Howard
I still think Dwight is the best center in the league. His offense might still not be perfect because his post game still isn't that great yet. BUT, it did look more improved during the 2013-14 season and postseason. Also, he may not be the same defensive player he used to be in Orlando, but he's still very good. Just not elite. Dwight is still one of the best rebounders. He can still give a team 18-20 ppg, 12 rpg, and 2 blocks a night.

    2. Joakim Noah
Great defensive player, great rebounder, good passer (especially for a center), and can give you about 12-14 points a night. I think the reason why he's better than guys like DeMarcus, Jefferson, Gasol is because he has a warrior's heart.

    3. DeMarcus Cousins
Very good offensive player and one of the most skilled scorers at his position. He's also a good rebounder. All he needs to do is mature more and lead his team into the playoffs.

    4. Al Jefferson
Like DeMarcus, Big Al is also a very talented scorer and a good rebounder. He most definitely has the best post game in the league. I just have him at 4 because he's not a good defender... at all. Still a very good player overall, though.

    5. Marc Gasol
Very good defensive player, and can score from the perimeter and post well. He rebounding is not the good for a center, but he still makes a big impact overall for the Grizzlies

    6-10

    6. Al Horford
When healthy, he's one of the best scorers for a big-man.

    7. Andre Drummond
Rising star. In just his 2nd NBA season he averaged 13 ppg and 13 rpg.

    8. DeAndre Jordan
Great rebounder and very good shot blocker

    9. Brook Lopez
Good scorer, but that's really it. He can't rebound well at all (Only averaged 6 last season and 7 the season before)

    10. Roy Hibbert
Elite on the defensive side but he has problems with rebounding and offense. We all know that.
