Irving over Rose...are you high? If Rose is truly playing well, he will be the starter. Coach K loved him from 2010, so he will be the starter.

Why start KD at the 4? I think a traditional 2 big front court of Durant-Davis-Cousins would be a lot better than forcing KD into the 4
