Why do you doubt that? He was close to an all-star in 2009 for a playoff contender. Isiah was the last pick in the draft for a crappy team. He's only 4 years younger than Brooks. I'd think they'd want a young veteran in their with their young team.

The beauty of the Heat roster is so many players can play multiple positions. We can go with a hundred different lineups creating so many mismatch opportunities on the court. We dictate what we do to other teams. They have to adjust to us, not the other way around.

ps- I expect the Heat to let go of Pittman (as he's atrocious) and Riley finding a big to replace him on the roster

Cap Situation - All we have is the veteran's minimum. Don't even have a roster spot to sign anyone else. That's fine, the roster we have is fantastic - while realistically it would be a good idea to let Hamilton develop in the D-League or to cut Pittman, I doubt Riley does either.
