I believe some of it has to do with the culture in junior basketball these days and even the culture kids grow up in. It's thrown around alot now that basketballs for black guys and white guys will suck at it. Junior coaches all want to pick up and work with black kids as they expect them to have more potential, white kids get bored and move onto other sports/hobbies.
