Do you guys think it's a good idea to aid this region with medicine n food n shit, or nah?
Those countries are all in the 37-44 births per 1,000 people range.
For comparison: UK, US, China, France, Australia, Norway, Sweden all fall between 12-13 per 1,000.
Spain, Austria, Japan, Hungary, Germany all below 10.

This makes sense, IF we sterilize as well. I assume we are in agreement here.

Re: Top 15 countries by birth rate
Stigmas about birth control are is factor. Reproductive health experts say that a lack of information and of availability of female contraceptives plays a major role. In Ethiopia only 8% of married women use contraceptives. In Uganda more than a third of all women say they would like to stop - or at least stall - having children.
You don't have to sterilized them if birth control was made available and ready option.

Bro they wouldn't use condoms if they were free. They have nothing to gain by not having kids. It's not like they have vacations to go on or clubs to party at, or any money to save at all. They just survive and breed. If all we give them is the basics, they'll just breed more and survive longer. It still won't put them at a financial level where there is any incentive to have sex with condoms.
The human population is fukking up the Earth. The natural environment is heading into dire straits.

Do women have a say in this matter in a place like Uganda?
I'm legit asking. If they do, then great. We need to literally dump plane-fulls of condoms over that country ASAP.

We need to aid them in the form of education
A large % of Africans truly believe that you can cure HIV by having sex with a virgin, so many babies are raped because of it.
They are beyond uneducated.

Re: Top 15 countries by birth rate
The fertility rate is so high because the average age or death in these countries is so low.
With so many people dying so young, you need to produce a shit load of people to make up for those early deaths.

There are about a billion Africans on the continent right now. Other species on the continent are rapidly approaching extinction.
Do we wanna increase the amount of people in Africa or nah?

This makes no sense. Western 'food and medicine' and other such external and artificial intrusions only go to multiply such problems - in removing the natural checks on population growth before a population's manner of living is adapted to such a change (i.e. created the conditions for it themselves), we fuel these kind of abnormal population explosions, which only end up creating more misery for everyone.
Thinking reigning down some anatomy and biology textbooks will solve the problem is just frivolous.

The problem is when we allow immigrants to enter our countries at rates that dramatically shift the ethnic balance. History has shown us that overt multiculturalism doesn't work.
