Melo discusses the upcoming 2013 playoffs
"Each year is a new year. I get to start all over each year," the 10-year vet said. "This year we had injuries. Things we had to deal with, we dealt with. We got over that hump. It seems like now everybody seems to be healthy -- coming back on the court, coming back ready for playoffs. It seems like we’re starting off with a clean plate right now."
Anthony led the league in scoring for the first time in his career this season, and led the Knicks to their first division title in 19 years. But those accolades won't mean anything once he takes the court on Saturday afternoon for Game 1.
"Everything that we accomplished in the regular season pretty much don’t matter at this point as far as locking in the two seed ... individual accolades. It doesn’t matter right now," Anthony said.
