Man, Kanter beasted against the Bobcats with 23-22 and now Favors is going
for 23-15 against the Bucks. It's a shame they've got 3 starters who've shot a
combined 0-14 and Hayward is 2-13, but nice individual game from Favors.
Kanter and Burks too.

What else is Marvin going to do? He's lucky to still be getting minutes. He's by far the worst guy on the whole roster. He shouldn't be playing and better be dealt no matter what they have to take to get rid of him.
Jefferson said he felt strong enough to play in
Wednesday’s loss to the Cavaliers, but that the training staff convinced him to
take one more night off and go through Thursday’s practice, at the Moody Bible
Institute in Chicago.
After the 90 minute team workout, all signs point
toward Jefferson returning.
"He looked good," coach Tyrone Corbin said. "I think
we’ll see how he looks tonight and tomorrow in shoot around and see if he’s a
go tomorrow, but he looked good in practice. So far he said he didn’t feel
anything in his ankle, so we feel good about it."
Assuming Jefferson returns and the rest of the team
stays healthy, the Jazz will have their full roster — minus absentee Raja Bell
— available for the first time since Dec. 22, when Mo Williams injured his
thumb.
"We got our full team back for the first time in
30-some games," Jefferson said, "so that’s a plus. We got two tough games
coming up that we’ve got to win. We let two tough ones get away so we got to
bounce back and try to finish 2-2 on this trip."
So who goes to the bench? Marvin was getting minutes at the 4. Burks moves back to the one and Watson to the bench? Can't bench Burks or Demarre again. Tinsley should be ahead of Watson and Eva ahead of Marvin anyway.

They must really like this guy. I'm glad to see that apparently they are finally moving on from Raja but a young small guard prospect seems like what they need. They already have Murphy seemingly with not much of a future with the franchise.
Wonder what is going on with Leslie? Still wouldn't make much sense. A young pg or another veteran big with Jeffeson and Millsap's injuries would seem to make more sense.
Kanter hit his first Nba three on the final play of the game – he told me next
year that will be part of his game.
Might have to bring Ronnie Brewer back if they have another 3 point shooting Turk. He's already better at every other aspect of the game than Okur was though.
2012-13 (Euroleague): 11.7 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in 24 minutes
2011-12 (Euroleague): 6.7 points, 3.7 rebounds in 15 minutes
The reason why Ante Tomic is on this list is not the numbers he produces, which are similar to 2009-10 and 2010-11 seasons, or the results achieved by FC Regal Barcelona. No doubt, FC Regal Barcelona is currently the best team in Europe and Tomic is one of team's main strengths.
The consistency of Tomic in Euroleague Top 16 stage is the difference as the Croatian center constantly plays as an MVP on every game. Tomic became a game changer as he leads the Euroleague in plus-minus (+/-) rating with 13.1 points per 50 possessions. Tomic finished in double scoring figures in all ten Top 16 stage games so far and if the 25-year-old center maintains this pace, he has all the potential to be considered as a candidate to win MVP award in near future.
Does he have NBA potential now? I wasn't that impressed by him in the 2010 World Championships. Way to skinny. Has he put on weight?
Problem is a sign rade became a lot tougher under the new CBA. Again they don't lose them for nothing. It opens up cap space for other players. Possibly comparable players or in Al's case players that will fit the team better anyway.
Al Jefferson has drawn criticism for his inability to contain opposing points guard on pick-and-rolls.
"I think it’s defense all around," Jefferson said. "Everybody. Not just outside. I think it’s inside, too. It’s a team effort, the way we set up our defense, that way when a guy do get beat there’s supposed to be help."

Yea, S&T's are tougher, but I think/hope it'll make it easier to re-sign Millsap since teams may shy away from huge offers this offseason.
