I would never return to the Aus Open again if I was Medvedev.

    Unreal stuff.

So happy for Jannik. Well deserved. The next big thing is here.

Only player in the Open Era to do this in a major final twice.

    Yikes.

    Spoken like a true casual.

Medvedev should be credited for even going up 2-0 sets. He entered a 3/1 underdog. He never buckled and left his heart out there.

Can only be felt for today and I do not like him.

But focusing on this only makes sense if the player choked and he obviously did not.

Rafa vs Z first round at RG. Could this be the end for Rafa? He didn't say it is but you never know with his health.

    First set to Z

Down 2 sets now. He's a fighter but I've seen him whimper away too when he didn't have his physical abilities. I don't see him coming back even if he is up a break in every set, as he doesn't have his health anymore

He did go down fighting. Sasha was too good, and too tough a 1st round opponent.

Will miss him when he's completely gone, but he should be back for the Olympics.
