Re: Pelicans will be a greater threat than the Wolves
Neither are threats
The only teams that have a legitimate shot at coming out the West are Denver,Lakers and Dallas
The rest are fodder, the Warriors are washed up, Suns are soft, Minnesota don't have the versatility to adjust in a 7 game series, the Clippers chances ended the second they got Harden and the Pelicans don't have the veteran experience needed to win

Even a Pelicans team with just 2 of the 3 of Zion/Ingram/CJ will probably go farther than the Wolves.
Their bench is elite. The Wolves is not. Towns and Gobert are soft. Edwards can't lift them all too far
Wolves aren't healthy

Exactly. Come play off time rotations go to like 9 or 10.

Wonder if Wolves fans had fun watching Zion bully them last night

pels are a bad matchup for some teams but no wolves will go farther. zion/ingram/cj fit is clunky as hell.

He always does this against Gobert. Rudy is simply too skinny to bother Zion in the paint.

But surprised Zion's season high is only 36.
Then again I don't watch Pelicans games, how is he doing this season?

This season he has earned a reputation for being a slob that can't rebound, run fast, pass well, be a disciplined athlete etc...The guy actually seems kinda weird. Something just doesn't seem right about him. Doesn't seem like a winner. But it's his life so whatever. Hopefully he figures it out.

Feels like Zion always has a big night when Rudy is guarding him

Gobert is the rim protector so he's responsible for Zion feasting inside that game

he's not always at the rim. let's see the actual numbers instead of just meaningless trolling for a change. Simmons scored 42 on him while going 3-7 with Gobert as his primary defender

Not on the basketball court but maybe at the buffet table.
