Stated clear as day and ignored. Here's some more fascinating stats:
94 finals Patrick Ewing 12.1 GmSc.
91 finals Magic: 20.0.
Sooo... Robert Horry had a higher GmSc than 5 of MJ's top finals opponents, a higher GmSc than the leader of the Bulls chief eastern rival between 92 and 94, and came within a hair of the 91 MVP runner-up.
' Meaningful sample'
Next.
4 of 6 < 6 of 6
So MJ had a disadvantage at sidekick vs opponents because they had closer to Horry-level (2/6) than Pippen (0/6)
the opponent actually had a couple sidekicks that reached Horry-level, while Pippen never did...

OTOH, the Bulls had an advantage of facing star opponents with a lower GmSc than a glorified role player in 4 of 6 finals.

Yes but Jordan's own sidekick never reached Horry-level
Your argument made mine ..
I'm literally going to use your argument going forward (my argument)

It makes your argument? Quite the opposite. If most of the best players MJ faced in the finals never reached Horry level on account of GmSc, then on the basis of that metric you're advocating that Bulls should have had the two best players in every series. Need that boiled down a bit more?
You're advocating that both MJ and Scottie have higher GmScs than Drexler in 92( FYI, Drexler had 18.7 to Scottie 18.6). You're advocating that both MJ and Scottie have higher GmScs than Kemp and Payton in 96. And you're advocating that both MJ and Scottie have a higher GmSc than Karl Malone in 97 and 98. Exactly why would that be advantageous to MJs legacy if his own sidekick was better than the best player on the other team using GmSc as the metric, in cases like Malone where he was literally the MVP?
Would you like to know what argument you made? MJs era is weak because he faced finals teams led by stars with lower levels than a role player based on GmSc. Congrats on making the anti-MJs argument for them I guess?

NBA sixth man of the year
Re: You nerds learned basketball on the internet have no eye test
Jordan is the worst GM/talent evaluator in the history of mankind
That puts a damper on your trolling effort, you're saying you have to play to know, and that because you lied about being a collegiate athlete that this grand point now gives you a level of validity on this forum.

Hey, the welfarefan was hot again in another thread. I was wondering maybe you could deliver another knockout punch to him for this fresh year? Rofl.

LeBron saw in Monk what MJ at Charlotte couldn't
One very clearly has a higher basketball IQ than the other
