Kobe
He can get the job done with Pau Gasol
Wade can only get the job done when teaming up with Shaq or LeBron

Peak - Wade
Overall - Kobe
I'm a Laker fan and Kobe is one of my favorites but I'd take 2009 Wade over any version of Kobe.

Re: Kobe or Wade?
It's a very tough choice because they both make excellent Robins.
Neither can quite lead a team past the first round without a HOF teammate. But they are still darn good basketball players.
In the end, I think Wade plays better defense so if I had to start a team with a second option, which is the ideal scenario for these two players, I would go with Wade.

If you feel that way as a Laker fan then you must understand how bad of a collusion it was when LeBron left for Wade's team

Leave it to the sophomore in high school to make the analysis
Anyway...Kobe had a much more fortunate situation in the early part of his career.
Wade winning a ring in 06 kinda shows that he was on that level. Give him a prime shaq and he probably wins a lot more.
Injuries took a toll on him after 2012 or so but peak/prime Wade was every bit as good.
Kobe had the better career obviously. But Wade stressed the defense in ways that Kobe didn't. And he was a better playmaker.

Trust the process.
Re: Kobe or Wade?
09 Wade is better than any version of Kobe.
But as for an entire career I'm choosing Kobe by a considerable margin.

Who was Wade's HOF teammate in 2004? Caron Butler? Lamar Odom?
