    Breakaway on Manute (I think?)
That wasn't Manute, it was NY's SF at the time (Johnny Newman maybe?). Here's an actual dunk on/around Manute:

Jordan's dunked on Manute 4 times that I know of: this one, the famous reverse that's on his "top 10 dunks" (which is a joke, really, since there are so many better dunks MJ did), another less famous reverse, and once when Manute was on Golden State.

Oh and check this one out. Its funny cause Barkley's about to try and block it and then he's just like "f*** it".

All those dunks were nice. The one at the Magic Johnson charity game is really underrated, and that was after his athletic prime.
By the way, all of the dunks in this thread that say "RARE" on the video title, I originally uploaded them for my compilation video (search for "Michael Jordan Compilation" and you'll see all of these clips in there) and then this dude stole them from me. I edited the clips from my game collection. I don't mind, though, but it's funny that he refuses to give credit.

Yeah, Jordan had some nice dunks during those Magic charity games and dunk contests. He had what I feel to be his most impressive FT line dunk in the 1991 event, seen here:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6ZH386DwZA

He takes off legit behind the line and easily dunks it while giving a pump and leg flail. Here's another couple of nice dunks from a Magic charity event in this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1e7JT2cHQI (at the 7 second mark where he's damn near horizontal and the 23 and 45 second marks)

As for rare Jordan dunks, here are a few:

vs. Phoenix, 1989; sick elevation and power at the 4:45-4:46 mark: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f6iG-TKZE38

vs. Detroit, 1989 playoffs; Jordan sh!ts on Laimbeer from sick distance: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzzNa6Fzcr8

(look how far he takes off from; his foot is nearly outside the lane well past the hash mark; if you extend this in an arc to the center of the lane it's basically a near FT line dunk THROUGH someone. Insane. Too bad we never got to see it from the normal game angle due to stupid-ass camera men)

Jordan sh*ts on Cliff Robinson at the 4:32-4:40 mark here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_sIaA0hUBk (they replay it afterwards)

There are so many dunks he's done that you never see in highlight videos. It's not like today where every move/play/dunk is chronicled on youtube. You actually have to dig into the original games to find these.

Video was too unclear for me to decipher what team it was, let alone the stadium, the jerseys, and the specific player he dunked on. Sorry, I didn't know.

edit: but Jordan has dunked on quite a few people "Jordan on Manute" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YknelEu_rg
