    LMAO

your basketball savvy is shining bright.

you know all-star selections are based on fan voting right? and the all-star game took place before monta ellis ripped off a straight month shooting 60+% right?

"roy is better than baron davis because roy was an allstar!"

Of course that's BS, those are blue colored guys.
All of those players would make my top 15 list, but Gasol might sneak in there to round off the top 20 for me.

He is certainly a borderline top 20 player in this league.
Emile. To suggest that Amare is worse than Gasol even though Amare has better stats/more impressive/more dominant is ridiculous. Good to see the real Emile coming out. Only a matter of time before he starts trolling again.

i watched the games, every one of them. he didn't play well. ask any memphis fan. he was inconsistent as hell and just didn't seem into the game half the time.

What is so hard understand about what I said?

Amare puts up better stats, yeah. I don't value stats much. SAR had better stats than Pau as well.
Amare's playing style certainly is more impressive. His thunderous dunks-chest pumping-high energy style make him a more impressive player than Pau in terms of style.

Better stats, more impressive, in terms of style that is...in no way equate better.

Emile is a very optimistic Laker fan, but also a very knowledgeable one.
Sometime he/she takes it a little too far, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
He keeps me positive when we're facing tough times.

People are clueless. Before the Suns drafted Amare tehy were predicted to be one of the worst teams in the league. His presence led them to get the 8 seed as a unpolished ROOKIE.

Dont forget more dominate. You dont value stats much unless you can use them for your side of the argument. Since you cant this time you have to come out with some bs excuse and start comparing Amares stats to SARs previous stats. I think you are forgetting that Amare has finished in the top 6 of the MVP voting 2 times out of the 5 seasons hes played and finished higher than Gasol the past 4 seasons(exclude injury season) in All-NBA voting. So what teams have ever valued Gasol over Amare? What management has valued Gasol over Amare? Oh wait, you are just guessing. Guessing has no place in legit basketball conversations.

Of course he is knowledgeable but when you throw that out the window it becomes useless. Its pretty obvious thats what has happened in this thread.

I think Pau Gasol will be a lot more valuable once he starts at PF for us next season, and becomes more of a decoy with his passing. His stock will rise tremendously next season, wait and see.

I wasn't basing it off of this season's performance. Wade, when playing healthy, is still a top 5 player in the league. I had Garnett at six because he's getting slower off the dribble and refuses to drive on offense.

I think this list is based on this past season, which is why so many people aren't listing players that were injured like Brand and Arenas.

I didn't list them either because they didn't play. Wade played a stretch healthy, however.
