You mean square. Kinda like Kevin Mchale, Shawn Marion, Amare Stoudemire, Shagari Alleyne, Phil Jackson, and etc. Square usually means broad.

Is that a real pic of Karl Malone? Man, he really was a machine. That guy could have easily have gone 2-3 more seasons. I really wish he would have come back to a championship team. I remember talks of him going to the Spurs and that would have been nuts. A Tim Duncan/Karl Malone combo would have dominated.

He has been mentioned a few times actually. As for narrow shoulders, Yao actually comes to mind. His waist, on the other hand, is very big compared to shoulders. Overall, Yao has a bigger lower body than upper.

Yao's head and legs are MASSIVE. If you ever see him up close, it's scary.

Yao's head isn't that big actually--just really broad. As for his legs, they are definitely really big!

Ben Gordon has some extremely wide shoulders for a guard.

Is there even such a player that DOESN'T have broad shoulders?

All nba players are huge, even "little" guys like steve nash and chris paul.
