Knicks are a very likable team but they need another shot creator, and i am not sure Randle is that guy. Brunson is being asked to do too much now.

Not in the same backcourt with Brunson. One small guy in the backcourt is enough.

Ouch. Just rubs salt in the wound.
Should have called time before inbounding the ball though.

But still that's a hard spot for the refs, you have to watch the game to make sure youre not missing anything in the action, you cant be staring at the coach to anticipate his timeout call. Plus it's easy to tell if someone has possession in a freeze frame but in live ball youre gonna look foolish for awarding a team a timeout if they didnt have possession after all. The refs are human.
Thats sports. Refs are imperfect. Over time it's all gonna even out. But in the moment, the only way to avoid leaving it to the refs is to execute better up until that point.
If you didnt play a perfect game how can you blame the refs not having a perfect game? It sucks but you gotta suck it up and deal wit it.

Tyrese Maxey fouled twice during chaotic sequence, L2MR says
In its Last Two Minute Report for the New York Knicks' miraculous 104-101 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 2 of their first-round playoff series Monday night, the NBA ruled that Tyrese Maxey was fouled multiple times during a frenetic defining sequence, and that 76ers coach Nick Nurse called for a timeout but the referees didn't see it.
The league said Jalen Brunson grabbed Maxey's jersey before the ball was inbounded after Brunson's 3-pointer cut Philadelphia's lead to two, and that Josh Hart then bumped Maxey as he caught the inbounds pass, sending him falling to the ground.

Philly needs to own some of it though. Lowry could have called time out before inbounding the ball. He could have passed to a wide open Embiid. He chose the worst possible option, passing to a guy double teamed on the baseline.
Even then they could have gotten the rebound of DDs miss if Embiid had just boxed out his man. He had inside position.
Sixers just find a way to lose playoff games.

That's not Maxey, that is your reflection in the mirror.
Maxey is the guy who scored 16 in the 4th quarter giving them a chance to win, and got fouled and knocked down after catching the pass

Are you in love with Maxey or something? Dude had several opportunities to pass the ball or corall the ball and call timeout and instead stuck the ball out for Hart to take

Maxey, when asked about the league's report on Tuesday night, opted to focus on how he could've done better on the play.
" I've got to be stronger with the ball," Maxey told TNT after being named the NBA's Most Improved Player. " When I get on the floor, I've got to call timeout. But it is what it is. It happened. You have to let it go. If you dwell on it, a couple days from now we'll be down 0-3. We don't want to be down 0-3. We still had chances to win the game. ... We can't leave games in other people's hands. We have to take it."
