Tonight he put up 31/12/6 on 11-17, +19 with 6 block and the win. The amount of times players are afraid to even challenge him or go near him means his block totals actually underscore how good he is at blocking shots.
He is only the third player since blocks were recorded as a stat to record 30/10/5/5 as a rookie. The other two were David Robinson and Tim Duncan, ironically enough.

From January 4th onward, San Antonio's defensive rating is 115.7 (0.0 rDRtg) and when Wemby's on the court, it's 109.6! (-6.1 rDRtg). I'm not sure what the defensive rating of the team is when he's off the court; probably still 120+. Either way, it's crazy: playing like the 2nd-best defense when he's on and the worst when he's off.
Wemby would probably be the DPOY frontrunner if he played center from the beginning of the season. He's second according to the odds right now.
