Defense is there for both players. We are talking this year only. Which player would you want on your team for the playoffs? I'm leaning towards Adebayo but didn't watch him much this year. How about you?

For a whole season I'd choose Wemby but for a playoff run I'm not sure. There is a learning curve and Bam is a tough competitor.

Seeing Wemby go off as a rookie in the playoffs would be awesome but you know what you're gonna get from Bam and he is already very familiar with how to defend the leagues better players. He has been great in the Miami games I watched this season.

Bam because he's a more reliable shooter and makes fewer mistakes. He's proven and I can count on him. I need that consistency in the postseason. It'll be a different story next season though when Wemby-san adds 10 pounds and improves his stroke.

For this season only Bam. As of next year once he is able to learn better shot selection, defensive schemes, and gains more respect from the refs, the choice will be Wemby.
