    Not really, he put up identical numbers in '09 compared to the year prior. His stats were more impressive in 2008 if you factor in that he played on a Detroit team that played at an extremely slow pace, but I believe it cancels out if you take into consideration that Billups played with more offensive talent in Denver.

    I disagree. Identical numbers does not equal identical impact.
