bucks defense to complicated ??

I heard Lillard as well as Giannis , it is a process.

I think it is to complicated.
What tid-bits I heard and watching games .. it is a bit unorthodox.

If a big goes out on the perimeter and then double downs , he is supposed to swing out to the corner and cover who ever.

This takes a big out of getting boards!!!

Same with a 1 or 2 , they double down, then rotates to a corner , now you just took an extra body away from the paint.

Percentages in coach Buds defense was that Lopez stays in paint, Giannis rotates because of his flexibility.
(still protecting the rim)

I see none of that .
I have to give this time to see what coach Griff wants , but this is very very hard on the players right now.

** I have a suspicion that this is Griff's baby and he wants it to work, cause it will be called Griff's D.

Griff better save his job , by putting the original defense back in.

Bucks defense last 4 years has been rated no less than top 5 in league.
(coach Bud did well with it, granted Holiday took top scorer from top of court , but if a system works that well , YOU KEEP IT)

They lost Carter as well as Holiday , ball pressure from the get.. now offenses flow against the bucks.
